Default Trade your polished wheels for standard wheels + $700 (Seattle area)?

My car has the standard painted aluminum wheels, but I want the polished aluminum wheels.

It's a $595 upgrade on a new Volt, but I'll kick in an extra $105 for your trouble and even do the swap. I live in the Seattle area. Let's pro-rate the price up or down for any significant difference in wear / mileage on the tires. Mine have about 250 miles.

Yep, those are the ones! Although I'd like a road trip to Atlanta, I better stay here and work so I can make my Volt payments.

I wish I could do it, (although I have a lease so that might also make things a little harder ). The polish wheels add about $10/month to my lease cost ($360 over 3 years), but it seemed like every model they had was all polish.

Still...I have the SmartLease warranty which covers up to $2000 in damages......if somehow those wheels ended up misisng...but I wouldn't do that. I'm an honest individual .

I took the polished wheels off my car and I don't want them. I'll sell you all 4 (around 5,000 miles on them) for $600 + shipping from VA and you don't even need to send me the other ones.

I like your offer, but I am concerned about shipping costs. Do you have any idea what they weigh? As an example, four 20 pound packages from Norfolk to Seattle are 4 x $35 = $140 via UPS ground.

@rubley: Thank you very much for the offer, but I think you should sell them to "SharkVolt."

I can deal with the shipping costs, but I was hoping to avoid changing the tires between rims, replacing the tire pressure sensors, and then selling the old painted rims.

Count me second in line to buy them if SharkVolt doesn't take them.
