Default How about a TROUBLESHOOTING section...?

Call it that, or make it PROBLEM SOLVING.

It's already here, of course - but it's not focused.

We can just stick posts under Chevy Volt Accessories, Modifications, and Hacks.

I have some items for " VOLT -the secret manual " or manual additions if i ever get the pictures in order.

It seems that there's not much trouble to shoot...

every time I see your tube icon - I mean to tell you about building flip-flops circuits using 6J6 tubes.

If we could open up the included 120 volt ac charge cable box we might have something to shoot

This might create blank pages as, so far, there aren't many troubles to shoot.

Over the decades I've owned a few new cars, and the Volt has been the most trouble-free of all.

But there's a lot of critique tied to politics, and some of that results in negative BS.
Someone sent me a politically-motivated email calculating the Volt's performance based on electricity at $0.50 per kWh and 30 miles on a charge, then 30mpg on the engine. Another note talked about the dangers of lithium batteries - referring to laptop battery failures of a decade ago and calling the Volt a bomb. No comparison to the explosive energy in a typical gas tank, of course... Politics.

But reality - which has little to do with politics - is that the car just works.

i've only purchased two new cars before the Volt -- a 1983 Toyota Celica followed by a 1997 version. They were pretty much trouble-free outside of normal maintenance.

My Volt has had "teething problems" that these other cars did not. Nothing show-stopping, but not entirely clean either. I've got the noise issue with the struts, my interior lighting nearly always goes to full brightness and I cannot adjust it, the brakes have an odd feel/noise at stops from low speeds (like when I'm backing out my driveway or a parking spot), and I've had one of the tire sensors lose its signal a couple of times and alert me to have it serviced.
