Doesn't look like there is any Canadian pricing threads so far... so I will start. What are you guys paying for your Volt in Canada / Toronto?

Canadian 2012 Volt
05/16/2011 - Order placed White, White stack, Nav, Camera, Leather Heated Seats, Bose Sound.
09/23/2011 - Volt #3430 Came home to live with me
09/23/2012 - One year, 14,633 km, 95.7% Electric driving. Bought one take of gas in the first year
I placed an order at the exact MSRP.
But before paying for a Volt, there is a need to be able to buy one!
There is simply no inventory up North!
$1000 off of MSRP and the $8231 ontario green incentive taken off at purchase time (after tax).
2012 Volt #C6688 Silver Ice Metallic (GAN), Premium Leather Seats with White trim (AFD), Bose Speakers (UQA)
Placed order June 28 2011, built October 11 2011, drove home November 4 2011
Paid full retail for my base-model 2012 Volt Dec. 1 here in Vancouver; $41,495 plus delivery & taxes. (However, I also received the $5000 BC Gov't rebate.)
Last I checked, there was still stock available around town, but it was entirely Volts with the top-tier package, which retails for $49,995 before delivery and taxes IIRC.
I was really surprised after reserving my Volt around June last year with an estimated sticker price (at that time) of $40k. When the dealerships around here finally got stock around October, most of the Volts (about 95% as best I could tell) were the $50k top-tier models. I had to search for weeks before finding a base model in the colour I wanted.
I can't help but think they would be selling better if more of the base models were available, at a savings of over $8000 versus the fully equipped version.
Black 2012 Volt
My second post, just getting familiar with forum. Sorry I should have done a search. I just posted under the Official Canadian Thread, complaining about dealers here in Ontario with volts in inventory (17 Volts for sale on trader.ca) and dealers with cars on order, selling for MSRP with no discount, while are partners to the south are getting up to $5000 off MSRP. I am a buyer with cash in hand but I will not pay full MSRP. So if anyone knows a dealer willing to work with me, I am looking for a new or used black or white car with everything but Nav (But will consider Nav if price is right). Cheers
yeah it is really a shame that people south of the border are getting the better deals yet they are just sitting on the lots! While up north we are early adopters but are getting ripped off from left to right argh ;(
Best price I have so far in Canada is 2000 under msrp, plus rebate after tax. Anyone done any better ?
