I just want to say "Thank You" to all of the Volt Advisors. I've had my Volt for a little over three weeks and My Volt Advisor contacted me pretty quickly. Not only that, when my car had an issue and went to the dealer for repairs, I got a call that night from an Advisor asking me about what happened and making sure we were safe and ok. The next day when my Advisor was off, another Advisor read my post on this forum and contacted me about the issue, then contacted the dealer on my behalf. Because of that I still have a brand new Volt in my garage even though mine is still being worked on. I have received multiple calls from Advisors providing me updates on my car. I'm telling you, this is the best service I have ever received in my entire life. My hat is off to all of you advisors. THANK YOU! Special thank yous go out to Tonya and Wendy! Also, I am so impressed that I'm hoping to just go ahead and lease the Volt I'm using now too, so I'll have two Volts in my stable, one for me and one for the wife!

The volt advisor program is great. When my Volt got totaled I could not find a replacement as I wanted a Red one. I called my Volt advisor and in less than 1 hour he called back with the name of the dealer, contact name, phone number and approximate delivery time. Now that is good service.

My advisor (Brenda) has been great, really helpful. I suggested to the the other day that GM's marketing department should be asking the advisors to collect data from Volt owners, in order to gather testimonials from us. GM is doing a horrible job marketing this car!
Our Volt advisor sent my wife a bouquet of flowers and enrolled us both in a wine of the month club. That's on top of the wonderful concierge service he gives us to special events in the Chicago area. We don't know what we would do without him!

We've had our Volt for a week and a half. Just got it back from the shop and still no OnStar (thus no RemoteLink, no myvolt.com & no roadside assistance). First it wouldn't connect. Today it connected after 'dialing' for 10 minutes, then we were told we couldn't set up our car because there is an upgrade going on, only certain cars are affected, ours is one, not sure when it will be fixed, try again in 24 to 48 hours, blah blah blah...
No contact from a Volt Advisor either. Getting a little frustrated with an otherwise great car.
Previous cars were Infiniti and Lexus. I don't want to sound pompous but they knew how to take care of their owners. And we paid less for both of those cars too.

Out of the blue I received a phone call from Sara My Volt Advisor (which I almost didn't answer since I didn't recgonize the phone number) 4 days after taking delivery and that was followed up with an e-mail. I have entered all her contact info in all my devices to include the cars phone system.
Corvette's don't offer this. Thanks GM and Team Volt.
