    Default Volt Disappeared from VoltStats.net....

My Volt disappeared from the Volt Stats website. Any suggestion on how to get it back on there and if so, do I have to start over in terms of mileage etc... It's been indoors more than usual this past week out of satellite range. Not sure if that is a factor.

that's disappointing... to those who can answer MrEnergyCzar's question, I'd add: is there a way a voltstats.net member can download and backup their data?
Saving up to buy my Volt in CASH.

Don't believe any Chevy Dealership person. Know all facts before you go. Seriously.

Have you tried logging in to Voltstats using the login button? The FAQ talked about how the token may expire, which would require you to log in again with your Onstar UID and password. It's supposed to just have a flag at the top of your car's page, but maybe that didn't work the way it was planned.

You aren't alone, though - the December data says it is based on 313 cars, but the leader board only shows 286, so presumably there are 27 cars that were on at some point in December but aren't now (if I'm reading the data right.)

I'd take Walter's suggestion and try logging in to see if that resets the database and fixes the problem. You might also want to PM Mike. He would no doubt have a solution.

I will say though that, being right behind you in the MPG rankings, I'm not completely disappointed to see you "taken off the track"! LOL (My wife says that if the next person ahead of me now disappears I'll definitely be a "person of interest").

On the Login page (after successful login with OnStar credentials) you can choose Download Car Data. It's a CSV file that can easily be opened in any spreadsheet program.

If you don't use the car for 3-4 days it stops talking to onstar (and I'm guessing if its in a radio/cell void it may also do it). Even your phone app cannot talk to it then. Have you tried myvolt.com or the Phone app?

Cars that haven't been communicated with in the past day don't show up on the leaderboard by default, but they're still there. Just check to show inactive accounts. I'll probably increase the active/inactive time window to reduce confusion about this.

Yeah, the MyVolt doesn't work either, it's been garaged a few days now out of Onstar range so I'm assuming that is it. I re-logged in as well, and downloaded the excel mileage sheet. I appear on the voltstats owners map, just not the actual list. I'll drive it around this weekend to see if it shows back on the list.

    Thanks

1.7 million miles, 70% of them electric. 117 mpg overall. 10% better fleet fuel economy on gas than the 225 Cruzes on fuelly.com, despite the extra 500 pounds. Impressive stuff.

So the car is giving you the silent treatment. After you did her eye makeover did you not tell her how good she looks? Did you leave empty coffee cups in it, not take it out on a date, or leave the lid up? Maybe just wants some attention.

(Really I believe its to save the battery.. I've had it happen at the airport where it was still in on-star range but not used for days). There is a thread here on it someplace.
