Maybe us latecomers ain't so special.
Very unusual. They just rang my phone of the hook for the first few weeks. Three different persons but eventually settled on one. I did have an issue in my first week (hood release cable was loose - did not affect operation but obviously needed fixing) and they really put in their heart into solving it for me. Then they kept following up on the Welcome Kit (at my request).
They've stopped calling now :-) Its been many months!

Maybe the Volt Advisors got tired of folks telling them they loved their Volt. B-)
I will advise you that if you have any problem with your Volt, they can be very helpful in diagnosing your problem and finding a solution. For instance, if you have a Check Engine Light, call OnStar first to find out the CEL codes, then call your Advisor to help diagnose the problem and suggest a practical solution (which can be anywhere between "just drive your car" to "take it to the dealer NOW.")

I suspect that they get involved when there is a question or problem. They have been VERY proactive and have helped a lot with the problems I have experienced. Some of the best corporate customer support I have ever experienced.
Yes they rang my phone off the hook too and finally I called in to see what the heck they wanted!!! Very nice touch..
As we go along expect less support.. that is theGM way.. Look at that MYVOLT.COm. Useless site. I get more off my Droid. That site was starting to get useful and then they reduced what information you could get out of the site.Itdoesn't even tell you tire pressure now. It also says I use 6 kwh / 100 miles.. That is way off. I use about 30kwh per 100 miles.
