We live in Marysville, and have had our Volt since Dec 3. Its an absolutely amazing car, just over 600 miles on 0.9 gallons of gas and about 10 KW per day of electricity (we pay about $.08/KWh here). We are driving for <$1 per day and its great. I know that my dealer has sold at least two of the three they were allocated, but I have yet to see the other one on the road.
There are several of us who have our cars and more who are waiting for theirs. See this thread, or post it in to get the others attention: http://gm-volt.com/forum/showthread....shington-State
There are clearly more Volts on the road here in WA whose owners DON'T post here than those who DO based on the just the limited knowledge I have of cars sold and spotted on the road locally.
Congratulations on your car! I just turned over 2,000 miles today on mine and put gas into it for the first time about 2 days ago. It was kind of funny since I've had the car since October and hadn't ever opened the fuel door. I still love it and am still looking for reasons to drive it.

Hey.... Is it true the Volt owners do it without shorts?
Just purchased my 2013 Volt on October 8th, 2012. I live in Puyallup.
Got mine in February. I am out by Lake Tapps.
Saw one in Federal Way yesterday. One has been parked on the street near the Columbia Tower during workdays.
