Anything using the /php-bin directory seems broken.. (not just what new.. search and jumping by post ID also fail).
Maybe someone changed permissions of the php-bin directory..________________________________

This is probably a forum software setting issue! This should be something simple to fix, maybe even a symlink from php-bin to the forum directories as a temporary fix.
