Auto-subscribe to your own threads?

Is there a way to setup auto-subscribe for alerts to threads which you start?

Whenever I start a new thread I need to then manually subscribe to it. Seems like this ought to be a configurable option.

You can set it up for automatic notifications... You need to go into your "Settings" area which is a link in the first quarter on the webpage. You will then find the "General Settings" link on the bottom left side of the page. You will then find a "Notifications" area where you can change how you are notified on threads that you start.
