Wow, looks like you have 14 in stock! Quite a contrast to situation 6 months ago.

I can confirm these guys are great to work with!

Darn, seems the HOV lane access announcement and larger inventories are causing a price drop. If only I could have waited.
Nah.. probably still worth it to have been driving my 2011 for months now.

At around $200/month fuel savings over my previous car, I have saved over $1800 since I bought my Volt.

The dramatic fuel savings of the Volt greatly changes the buy-now versus buy-later decision compared to regular cars.

Plus the waiting would have killed me.

This is pretty cool. GM spent a ton of money developing the EREV and they have to recoup as much of that expense as possible, but now that they are building 700 a week or so, they have to do deals to sell them as fast as they get them. I have always thought the price point where I would buy one would be around $37.5k MSRP and it looks like we may be there within a year or two. As the price comes down, the amount of sales will increase, which is a great thing!

You could lose more than you save waiting 2 years... Gotta think big picture in this game.

If anyone is looking for a new Volt on the opposite coast, Karl Chevrolet in New Canaan CT has several available for immediate delivery and several more available for December 2011 delivery. They even have a loaded 2011 former GM Exec Volt available on sale for $39,927 plus it still qualifies as new for the federal tax credit! http://bit.ly/tvj95R
