Yes, I've seen this and I wrote down the exact repro steps when I did. If it repro's I think it's going to relate the order of opening the door and unplugging the car or something. When I saw it I know I did something distinctly oddball with regards to the order I opened the door, got in the car and unplugged the charger. I haven't had time to attempt to repro it but I noticed that the screen we've seen appears to be the one you get if you turn the car on in "service mode" (I think thats what the manual called it) where you hold the start button in for several seconds without your foot on the brake.
In my case I pulled off to a parking spot, shut the car off and restarted and all was fine.
And here were the steps that made it happen for me:
Parked car.
Exited the car.
Energized the charger (Coulomb public charger)
Plugged in J plug
Closed teh car door.
Opened the car door.
Closed the car door.
(An hour or so passes)
Car is fully charged as is visible via myvolt.com.
(Half hour passes)
Remote start car via OnStar.
Remote start times out after 10 minutes
5 minutes later remote start in person with key fob.
Open car door.
De energize charger
Remove J plug
get in and start car (second remote start was still active when I did this)
The dash displayed as you report.
Does any of the above look like something you did today but not something you do every other day?
