I'll add that adding this location to "plugshare," whatever that is, seems especially unwarranted. They provisionally agreed once; they didn't consent to be added to a list forever.

Just to close the loop: I went with the Craftsman 3043 with AssureLink. It's clearly a clone of the LiftMaster. It works fine with the 2012 Volt HomeLink transmitter.
Meh, I'm in New England and this winter I found the heated seats mostly uncomfortable; turned them off almost as soon as they came on. Admittedly, "almost as soon" but I did try (and failed) to find...
Er, the OP says his kids' iPhones work fine, it's the BlackBerries that don't work.
Thanks For those details. Could someone with a 2013 Volt reply with the color of the LEDs on your homelink? Evidently the LED color is an indicator of compatibility similar to the opener's learn...
I need a new garage door opener. Wow, the new ones are on the Internet. But there is some confusion about whether they are compatible with homelink buttons on cars made before a certain year, and the...
Tried it today, seemed fine for a couple of songs, then it got stuck. This was on channel 6.

I've gotten a couple of calls to my Volt OnStar number from numbers I didn't recognize, so I didn't answer them. I've never made or received a call with that number. I think they just robodial...
My work commute is about 14 miles of heavy traffic on a two lane state road with plenty of stop lights. Speed can vary from 0 to 60. Before the Volt, I would drive in L in my Grand Prix in the...
You're missing the point. Haven't you ever been behind someone who hits the brakes repeatedly for no discernible reason, sometimes known as left-foot-braking? It's annoying. It's distracting. And...
GAH! I don't want to be behind anyone with that enabled. I don't want them to be able to enable it. It's annoying to follow someone who repeatedly flashes the brake lights. Eventually it's the boy...
I don't have a solution for the delay, but a workaround I use (and it's more convenient anyway) is to push down the lock button on the inside of the door before you close it.
Happened again this morning, the front tone was beeping very fast and would not stop. Powered off the car, opened and closed the door without getting out, still beeping (plus got the 3 horn chirps...
As Steverino said, touch screen gloves are sufficient but not necessary for the Volt screen or buttons. Regular gloves work fine on my 2012 w. Nav, although thinner is better purely for accuracy and...
Yes, I have a trial Time of Use package from my utility, and I've programmed my off-peak hours into the Volt (peak are 1-6pm summer weekdays, 4-9pm winter weekdays, roughly)
If I didn't have the...
Got an email this morning that begins:
Dear Electric Vehicle Customer,
In an effort to better understand the needs of electric vehicle customers, the University of Michigan Ross School of...
This morning I was on the highway, CS mode, with cruise control set to 72. I turned off the cruise control main switch and saw the display read "cruise control set to 0 mph" and then it cleared....
Ahh, thanks! I remember the original post on this subject. I've never wiped that part of the door so this just fell out on its own. I guess I'm lucky it happened in the garage and not a dark parking...
Just saw this on the garage floor under the driver door, but I couldn't find anyplace it might have come out of. Obviously it covers a small port of some kind. Any ideas?
