Have you thought of filing a police report?
I've been following Plugless Power for a while and have read that they've done a lot of testing, and have installations at well-known companies such as Google and Hertz. Improvements in their...
You can now get a wireless Level 2 EV charging system for your Volt, which makes charging even more convenient.

At least a few, if not all Tesla Motors Superchargers are powered by solar energy, so in such cases there would be some cost offset, leaving primarily maintenance costs. They have a picture on their...
Then that makes at least two of us! :D
Thanks for this. The one on wave energy in Scotland is interesting too. Hopefully we will see more of these.
I think you're right. Electric trains are one option: http://www.khi.co.jp/english/rs/product/detail/pro_jrn700.html
If the percentage of electricity powering an electric train is mostly from...
I'm for getting rid of the power button and shifter altogether, like Tesla has done with the Model S. Just push the brake and it starts up! And, use a paddle shifter (P R N D L) on the steering wheel...
That is serious. Did you try putting your car into neutral? That would hopefully prevent further acceleration, allowing you to either try one more power down/power on cycle or pull off to the side of...
You can tell them that's not true. First responders have been trained on plug-in cars like the Chevy Volt, and they do have tools such as the Jaws of Life that they will use if needed.
As was well...
There are electronic devices you can attach to your car so that while it is moving, a sound is generated to help warn animals. Especially with the Volt being capable of running on electric power...
Gilzapanta, I'm not sure of the answers to questions 2-3 that you asked, but as for 4-5, I would expect the cost to be similar to something like a Lincoln MKS, which would be in the area of $150/day....
You're probably right. For those who are in one of these states, or plan to be, it could be worthwhile to give them a call to check availability.
"Volt is available at participating locations in CA, TX, MI, NY, NJ, CT and DC. Quantities limited."

USe-car, do you know if 5 seats are planned for the 2016 Volt, and battery options (like being able to choose between a 25/50/100-mile battery)?
I'm interested!
Good it wasn't too serious, and they got it fixed pretty quickly. Also very nice to see you have two Volts :)!

From the article: "Thus, the “Volt”, by my estimate, is either close to “variable break-even”...
1306 is not much less than March 2013 sales numbers (1478).
I do agree that Chevrolet should advertise the Volt more.
That's good they did this for you. Now it's time to enjoy your new Volt. Congrats!
