It happened to me last year with my recalled charge, I had to swing it a few times to make sure the water get out of the charger. After about a day of drying, the charger came back.

Shannon, L-gear in Volt is perhaps the most poorly-labeled gear that tricks people into thinking equivalencies of Low gear in most cars. In many ways it behaves vastly differently.
