As the charger is in the car, I assume you are referring to the EVSE unit that hangs on the wall.
Many have taken it apart and replaced a fuse inside. Are you handy?

I imagine the officer was referring to the CHMSL (Center High Mount Stop Lamp) located just under the rear 'spoiler' between the rear lamps.
Just ignore the ricey LED strips next to each stop...

Yep, There are areas where Onstar has no service. I'll have my CTS spare with me in a week or so when I take my son across the state with me. Nothing beats that peace of mind.

You forgot remote start, just like most every other new vehicle out there.
Data and charge status are not basic/free items for anyone on any product, are they?
OnStar provides a service, that service costs money. If you would like to use the service, feel free to pay for the service. Not sure what the issue is here?
