I'm VIN #377 and haven't received a welcome kit. I contacted my Advisor, but I'm on my 4th one now and haven't heard back from him.

Thanks for the responses. As for the switch to Comfort Mode, it may very well have to do with increasing the fan speed, perhaps as a result of turning on the defogger? That seems like a clear "bug"...

I'm 5'4" and have no problem with the headrest (or seat adjustments). I've had the same problem with headrests in other cars as your wife, but she won't have to worry about the Volt.
