I think they are. I asked and got a response within 24 hours as well. I'd wager if I hadn't inquired mine would still be in limbo. And I still think I should get interest for them delaying it...
Please do provide a link to this sympathetic coverage. The link I clicked on through your link didn't at all appear to be sympathetic toward the "con man".
I got a reply today from Colorado Revenue after asking them why it has taken 10 weeks to process my 2012 return without any communication. They responded:
Thank you for your question, your...
11 weeks? Did you file directly with Colorado or via one of the tax prep software companies? I thought all electronic returns through one of the tax prep software companies were delayed for...
Looks good. I did similar to my Cyber Gray Volt.

On topic: I think it's always best to seek permission to charge. If permission isn't obtainable, it should always be assumed permission is not granted.
Off topic. I tend to like Fox News (but...
Having never leased a vehicle myself but am considering it when it comes time to swap cars next time, I'm curious of something.
You stated in your original post, "The car was in like new condition...
It's not a Volt thing. The heater is supposed to work when under battery power. Hard to believe your wife did not take it to the dealership before if she's had no heat at all.
Be sure to come...

Mine too. Colorado has had my return as of today now for 6 weeks. I filed electronically on March 3, 2013.
Colorado has in place rules that require the processing of tax returns within specified...
I have a 2012 Volt. It never honks when I plug it in to charge. It did when I first bought it, but I remember I made a change through the configuration settings on the center stack. ...
Mine is still in limbo... I claimed the full 6,000 because I bought my Volt in March 2012 under the February 2012 guidance.
My return was accepted electronically on March 3 (via TaxAct). I got my Federal refund on March 20th.
My Colorado refund is still processing and under review. I used the full $6,000 amount. I...
I have a total of 16 numbers saved on my iPhone for the Volt update texts. I'm not for sure if they only have 16 numbers that route the texts, but I haven't received a notification text from any...
If the information you provided is accurate, you are ELIGIBLE to receive both credits. Whether or not you actually receive the full amount of each is determined by your own tax situation. You'll...
I am right there with you. Right at about 7000 miles and 9 months, I had to put gas in my Volt -- all because of the bitter cold snap we had in CO. Definitely not complaining, tho!! :)
How about a smokin' deal on those insanely overpriced aspheric mirrors GM doesn't put on the US Volt? :)
Count me in as being on the receiving end of this issue (2012 MY). I have an appointment to take it to the dealer for investigation on Friday (1/18). Hopefully it's nothing major. I have about...
Arguably, WV is potentially the most state tax credit available in terms of amount. It's may still not be the "best" since I don't believe WV's credit is fully refundable. Colorado's may be ~1500...
