    Hi,

I’m doing some research trying to gather contact information for the person responsible for overseeing GM-Volt forum. We represent a DIY auto air conditioning recharge company called A/C Pro and wanted to reach out to the appropriate person in charge of the site to see if they might be interested in trying out our product and posting a review on your site.

Look forward to your thoughts. Any help will be significant.

    Good morning,

This isn't a crisis level situation but perhaps you could help. I got on the Forum probably three months ago after monitoring it since October, 2011. About 10 days ago I went on line to find out I was no longer a registered user. Since I couldn't find my password anymore I proceeded to ask for a new password. All went well, I thought. Then I noticed I was again a junior member, all my previous posts and messages were now gone and all personal information, as well. My start date was changed to September, 2011. Is it possible to put back that information to the way it was or is lost forever?

    Thank you

    Hi Helena,

Nice to read that you are a Volt owner. I am one of several members who cannot buy a Volt yet because GM has not opened all their markets. In my case, I live in Puerto Rico, and my personal GM dealer (from which I have purchased three GM vehicles in thirty-three years) is my closest and also the largest GM dealer in the entire island. So untill the dealer announces that they will begin to order Volts for sale, I have to suffer "Volt Envy Syndrome". Meanwhile, I reduce my envy reading about the Volt owners and their experiences, bought the Volt book, and ordered the Volt scale model from Chevy, which will be my best "toy" until I get my hands on a real Volt.

Please post some news about the Volt every day as Dr. Lyle Dennis did, in order to cure everyone with VES and to prevent us from committing the fatal mistake of buying a different EV!

    Thanks!

    Raymond
