As the US dollar has but one way to go...... down in value. Buy the car now and pay back with deflated dollars later..... stop spending on gas now...... lock in your future energy transportation needs in less expensive Kwhs vs gasoline that quickly changes price.

Also since you are a surgeon if you were to save up to buy with cash it should take what, a week or so?
