With the Opel Ampera still a long way off here in Germany I'm trying to get a hands on experience with the Volt. I will be in New York in three weeks time and I was wondering if someone could suggest a local GM dealer where I'm sure to find the Volt in the showroom (I don't expect them to let me drive one on short notice, but that would be really nice :D). I will be in downtown Manhattan near the UN building so something close to this spot and easily to be reached by public transport is preferred.

My suggestion is that you find a list of Chevy dealers in the NYC area, and email them to see if they have received their demo car yet.
