Here's a question I'm hoping someone might know the answer to... Will I be able to easily remove the low hanging plastic skirt on the Volt?

Where I live, it's very typical to have more than a few inches of snow on unplowed roads. I'd rather not have my Volt act as a snow plow, and would prefer to remove the skirt for the winter if conditions necessitate this.

The Owner's Manual hints that this should be possible. Specifically it has a diagram on how to reconnect the pieces (three if I remember correctly) if they become disconnected presumably from hitting something. It does NOT say anthing about detaching the skirt from the car body however. Presumably they are bolted to the body.
