I do not know what this means. I have a TPW of 12/13 . I am much disappointed.

Mayhaps a shortened holiday week glitch? For a 12/13 TPW late this week or early next week would seem like the time to go to 3400.

Don't worry about it. 3100 normally precedes the 3400 milestone (a big one) by only a day or two, and I think you are about due. So hang in there a few days and you should see 3400. Some of us don't even ever notice 3100 because it usually skips right over to 3400 in one day.
