AWESOME!!!! I vote to decorate the coast lines with them.
But then the all whiners will say they are ugly and cry that they will kill birds.
Maybe we could paint them up like giant hippie flowers and have off shore BBQ ships to catch and "recycle" the dead birds into tastey treats, then everyone wins, well... execpt the birds (boo hoo)

I can understand if people object to their coastline being "littered" with 100's or 1,000's of small turbines, but now that a mere 15 of them will produce over 100 MW, I think people will be more accepting.

I hope so... But I'm sure some of the rich/actor liberal eco nut jobs who want to tell me how to live my life will have a problem looking out @ their ocean fron view and seeing them.
Hell, I'd drill through a polar bears head to get to some oil too.
