I don't have much interest in buying the vehicle right now, but keeping my other vehicles garaged more often and leasing the Volt appeals to me. Since there will be limited quantities, can I go to a dealership and get on the wait list if I just want to lease?

My dealer put me on the wait-list, even though I told them I was primarily interested in a lease. It didn't sound like I needed to make the decision to purchase or lease just yet.

I'm #6 on their list. They expected to receive 5 vehicles for 2011, so unless somebody drops off the list, I'll be receiving a 2012 model.
