Nissan's Leaf charger. $15K~17K and comes with 1 year warranty. No words on Leaf's warranty yet, due to the alleged short lifespan.

Nissan plans to have the charger installed in Nissan dealerships in Japan so that there is a charger within 40 km radius where ever you are.

That is cheap.. lots cheaper than the $90k estimates that were floating around.. but I dont see a credit card slot on that thing.. how do you pay for the charge?

Yes, but its for the Japanese market.. it runs on 3 phase 200VAC.
