EESTor Patent No. 11/369,255 was rejected on 02/02/10 for the 2nd time. Tvillars, Mr. Patent expert "November and Patents go together like a Horse and Carriage" has not mentioned anything about the rejection. If you Baghead followers remember tvillars basically stated EESTor's prior patent rejection was a good thing. What a joke.

This is EEStor's 2nd patent rejection.

Baghead boys, another BS excuse for no reveal. Don't forget Dick Weir is working on the 10th generation EESU.

Cheers,

Well, surely, if ONE patent rejection is good, TWO patent rejections are BETTER!

EEStor is, clearly, smokin' hot!

Or, more likely, tvillars is smokin' somethin'!

EESTor also had patent #11/497,744 rejected 12/01/09.

Can someone please explain to me why is it when EESTor's patents are approved, it's all over blogoshpere...when EEStor's patent are rejected, as in these two cases, silence by the blogoshere?

Maybe this is obvious, but why were they rejected?

I am no patent expert, but I would agree with this post (http://messages.finance.yahoo.com/Stocks_%28A_to_Z%29/Stocks_Z/threadview?m=tm&bn=70447&tid=2655&mid=2657&tof=-1&rt=2&frt=2&off=1) on why #11/369255 was rejected the 2nd time.

EEStor patent ballgame is 4 patents granted, 2 rejected at this time. There are allegedly 12 more patents waiting for approval.

As I previously have blogged about, patents don't guarantee a business success especially in Dick Weir's (CEO EEStor) case. His previous company Titanium/Tulip Memory Systems had 17 patents approved, the company still went bankrupt.
