Quantum Signs LOI with Fisker Automotive:

My question still is, can Quantum sell their propulsion system to other automakers. Given that Quantum owns a piece of Fisker, there is no threat of losing Fisker's business, but, at the same time, they don't want to undercut a product in which they have a vested interest. I suppose they would only sell to other automakers, if the intended vehicle was very different from Fisker's product plan - like a large SUV or some radical 2 or 3 wheeled vehicle, or a service fleet product like a USPS mail carrier.
