Of course the typical mainstream-left talking-point BS permeated the whole thing. And the info about the Volt was outdated/wrong (they said the range extender would push it up to 600 miles per tank, and also that no prototype existed). But definitely some good-ish publicity for the idea of alternative fuel vehicles in general. And Tom and Ray from Car Talk were on the show, and those guys are just hilarious, so that made it worth it.

Certainly, the info was outdated, but it wasn't really old, as the info they used throughout was no more than several months old. Hybrid and EV development is moving very rapidly.

I did like how they asked the right questions without blatantly endorsing one alternative over another.
