This is the first article in which I've heard that Eberhard refers to Musk as a co-founder. We will see if that report holds up. If it does, then the past couple years were for nothing.

don't remember where I read it, but the outcome of the suit/agreement is that there is now FIVE OFFICIAL FOUNDERS OF TESLA.
