What you have there is a ping back to a 3rd party phone/cellular company using/acting as Verizon, or more likely a cellular company that has been absorbed by Verizon and left as a seperate entity to avoid legal entrapments/responsibilities to the mothership...kind of like those bogus production company names you see at the start of all movies. DBA = doing business as

Whoever it was definitely does not work there, if the only info you have is that IP you are sadly at a loss. This is not a static IP that can be run down easily.
