They can intend a lot, but what they can actually do is another story. If I understand correctly they have about $11 million left. If they end up giving EEStor $5.7 million, it does not leave them much for a new BEV model. I think last year ZENN spent $7 million. They can try for another stock offering, but without EEStor their chances are not so good. So maybe we will be seeing a ZENN stock offering soon?
