With Germany holding the lead, that doesn't leave much for the rest of the world. Where will we be? It's up to Obama. He has to push it though and show our determination and real effort. Reagan tore down the solar panels and killed the green movement many decades ago. Now it's time for Obama to put them back up. Put up new and improved ones.
