Both have a track available on BetterPropaganda dot com. Althought he Bikini Kill track on BP dot C might not the best one for you to sample from their work. I like female voices. "Ladytron" features a couple of good ones, too, in sort of a not-quite-techno ensemble. And Neko Case, who does country music for people who hate country music.
