Interesting video. The CBS chase vehicle has a noisy engine/muffler. The video makes it look like the Tesla sounds like a race car with internal combustion engine sounds. If I were Elon Musk, I'd be upset with CBS for having that noise in the video when the Tesla accelerates, very bad PR for an electric. Then again, that's CBS.
