I am building a small condo project, and have been trying to make sure the building is a green building. We are using the LEED certification. But i have not found anything on providing outlets in the garage for plug in hybrids. is it a standard 110V plug or a 220V? I can;t find anything on what effect the plug-in car will have on a buildings electrical system or what a building needs to provide for them.
