When we were doing deals/agreements with businesses, over a year ago, to install Level 2 chargers, they kept telling me the program was going to end, and they had limited units, etc. etc. This was specifically with ChargePoint.

Since then, I've been approached by people from Ecotality, though only for residential units, and specifically for Volts only. The ChargePoint deal required businesses to pay for installation. Ecotality claims that they cannot infringe on the ChargePoint's program; both are Federal programs (EV Project and ChargePoint America).

So, does anyone know if you could still get free ChargePoint units in the DC/MD region? Or, has this program ended since there needs to be a minimum amount of time to collect and analyze data?
