Whether the battery is $6k or $9k -- you wind up with a car in the mid $20k's. GM is a FAIL... They appear to already lost the lead. The Volt should have been out this year in force, not 2012. The Leaf looks remarkable, 100 mile range! The Pruis development was paid for by the Japanese government... no loans or stock options. I never see the most important questions in these interviews with foreign companies... ask Nissan how much US taxes they are paying?
