Hi and good luck,

I would like to ask why all cars including GM are looking so weird? Why are good working features redesigned to be less beneficial? Like the trunk unlock button location was better in the LeSabre than its lousy location in the Lucerne? Why did gas mileage get worse? Why did the ride quality get compromised by using bicycle tires on the Lucerne?

My wife keeps complaining about the backwards steps in our current Lucerne vs the LeSabre

Why are there so few models available with front bench seats- the most practical family car seat?

Why should we plunk down money for a new vehicle which is inferior to the old car?

I like my Silverado CLASSIC. I would not buy the newer, higher off the ground to step and lift into pickUP!!

Your vehicles are still too high!!! We just got a much better lease deal on a 09 Civic Hybrid than we could on a 09 Malibu!!! Do you really think that people are going to spend $40,000+ for a Volt???? I could buy 2 Insights or Prius' for that price and have much better/proven cars. Y'all need to wake up. But GM hasn't done that for decades.

Why is it that such a huge percentage of GM trucks and SUV's have one front parking light not working - at least here...Do consumers punch them out to make the vehicle look like it's winking, or is this merely indicative of GM quality control problems? We are old, and won't be buying one - ever....but will continue to buy other manufacturer's vehicles.
