The rear looks like there's enough for a 5th seat. THe 5th seat is not supposed to be comfortable.
Have the engineer's play some more tetris and figure out a way to get a 5th seat in there.

The stereo-typical american family of 5 (Husband, wife, 2 1/2 kids) could not use this car.

Unless the battery is sticking through the cabin, I don't see a reason why you can't add a 5th seat.

I like it and have heard about it before I propobly saw an eairlier prototype but I think you can make it run on ethenol unleded/regular electric and hydrogen but if I was you I would leave it as it is and run on electric and gas and ethonol then as the years go by and you get some new technology you can add hydrogen

#160 Mikro - I believe most people think it is the Hazard Flasher control, but that being said, an eject button for out of control kids or adults that act like kids is certainly worth considering. ;-)

Things that I think about with interior design.

1) Console surfaces prone to reflecting onto the windshield.

2) Are the LCD display layouts distracting while driving? I can see the driver focusing too much on them during operation of the vehicle.

3) Tactile feedback on controls is lacking with capacitive buttons. How well do they work with glove or mitten hands?

4) What's up with those thumb wheels on the steering wheel?

5) How does this sporty interior fit with the every increasing size of the American population?

6) Don't like that "iPod white" center console. Looks distractingly out of place to me. I guess it will look better covered in fingerprints and coffee stains. Can you imagine how hard it will be to get the dirt/liquids out from around that center console display.
