It does not take that much to build and electric , they ran them with six volt batteries and got a 50 mile range.Add a magnetic motor to recharge and it does not cost anything to run.Europe produces electricity with magnet motors why cant we.The attack in nigeria looks to me like it was planned by some one to raise the price even more , but the oil companies are going to regret it ,cause we will be running on electric and wont need oil anymore.
