As I'm in the Chicago area, I won't be seeing a Volt for a while after they are intro'd on both coasts. The good news is hopefully by the time they get here, the premium should be gone. I’ve racked my little gray cells and come up blank on any way that (without gutting our capitalist system) would inhibit pricing vehicles according to what the customers are willin to pay.
