Find a 6% down-hill grade, 40 miles long. Get the car rolling, and let it cruise down the hill... Or on level ground, get a 50MPH+ tail wind, that'll do it. Seriously though, the speed limit on interstate (I-80, I-90, and I-25) here are 75MPH. If it can't do 40 miles@65MPH, what good is it? I have my doubts, but maybe it will do what I expect.
