Due to all of the wonderful technology that will be provided in the upcoming Volt and the Volts to follow, will it (they) emit any harmful EMF waves or any other harmful waves of energy that would or could cause health problems in the long or short term? Thanks! Also, if so, what would they (GM) do to fix that problem?

It has been asked many times - sorry to repeat the question, but I have not yet found an answer :

* Is there a spot where all pertinent data of the Volt is compiled in one place, like in a specification sheet ?
[of course this would be based on presently known facts, subject to change as real data becomes available]

Good day Dave,

Wouldn't it be more efficient if the ICE recharge the battery of the electric motor instead of feeding the motor directly? For instance: a locomotive diesel engine recharge accumulators that feed electric engines that power the wheels of the machine. Why the volt wouldn't follow that principle. I personally believe that with this principle the volt could go from New York city to Seatle with one tank full, Don't you think?

Hi,
is there a possibility to switch off the ICE when there will be enough range to achieve electric grid (>30% battery capacity) ? I mean driver choice at about 50% capacity. Just for charging at home, not by gas.

How do I/What happens if I am at the end of my tank of gas and haven't recharged since full? Is there enough power to continue, by simply refilling the gas tank? I haven't heard anyone ask.

What are the inside specifications for people volume? Hip room, head room, etc.

Do the back seats fold down to increase the cargo volume?
