I really dig this video. Self-explanatory for a number of features, but E-flex powertrain is not mentioned. I prefer the Volt, but I think it’ll be really cool if they do bring this to the US as a Saturn.

OK… that is a seriously good looking futuristic vehicle. I actually prefer that body style over the Volt. If GM markets this under the Saturn label they will defintely send the Prius to the the backseat(and I like the Prius). I feel that person in the Mervyn’s commercial standing at the door saying “open open open”… waiting, waiting, waiting… can we say waiting list?

It’s GAME TIME at GM, and they are really on the ball with this one. However…
I don’t like the gull wing rear doors. They are heavy and hard to seal. (The ones on my GM pickup whistle.
I don’t like the split opening of the rear door(s) because they make large loads impossible and require expensive and complex camera systems.
I don’t like the headlights coming almost to the ground which makes them easy to break or chip.
I wish the displays were green because red is hard on the eyes.
I LOVE E-Flex and biodiesel is KING! Too bad we won’t see it in the US. Now, if they only had an E-Flex sports car such as the Miata…

Sorry, should have said “suicide” style back seat doors which are heavy and will never seal properly, but I was still thrown by those weird gull wing rear doors.

Well you are out of luck:
–This is a concept vehicle. The Gullwings will likely not make it.
–The suicide doors WILL make it though.
–They will also have their own pillar–unlike the truck’s.
