GM Posts Nearly a Billion Dollar Quarter

GM has something to celebrate today, as everyone may know by now, they were able to post a profit of nearly 1 billion dollars for the second quarter of this year, 891 million to be exact.

$217 million came from Europe, $213 million from Latin America, and $227 million from Asia. Good old hometown North America… well, they lost $39 million here. Thats better than the previous loss of 4 billion.

These numbers give our Volt a fighting chance to make it to production, let’s hope they can keep the turn-around going!
