am a die-hard enthusiast for this electric car and want to do my part to help make it happen. We need it for financial reasons, security reasons, and environmental reasons. In my day-job, I am a physician.

I have patents that GM may be interested in that can greatly improve the performance of the volt. The TriTrack is a dual mode car set of patents that drastically reduce the aerodynamic drag and rolling drag of the 4 passenger car. It has a measured Cd of .07 and because it rolls on steel wheels on metal guideway is is 10 times easier to roll than rubber tires. Not only does it solve the energy waste problem of current cars it solves traffic congestion in city centers. I am glad to see that GM has finally done something. I applaud the change of heart and I hope that the TriTrack can get serious consideration by GM. The input form for the corporation drives people away. I hope that this new tack allows for ideas to be included rather than excluded. The TriTrack is solar ready meaning it is efficient enough to be powered by the 137 feet by 7 feet area under the guideway for each car using 17% efficient Sanyo panels. With GM’s help we can improve both the efficiency of the panels to 40+ percent and get to market faster if you so choose. By going full solar all the negatives are removed from the skeptics. Technology can achieve great things if it is allowed.

I have never seen a company so up front about its newer baby like GM has been with the VOLT. I do believe it will be here before or by 2010. I am also a true believer that we are F the planet and that the VOLT and its technology is not just a transportation need, but a need for our own national security and climate stability as well. I do not think we will be around in 2015 with a need for a car. By then a stone, an arrow, and a horse will be more essential if GM does build the VOLT soon.
